Question: How do you reach nearly 300,000 Indiana students?
Answer: With IBJ Custom Publishing’s education publications.
IBJ CP, in partnership with the Indiana Commission for Higher Education, publishes three education publications and related websites each year. These publications are resource guides to assist Indiana’s high school, college and non-traditional students in making decisions as they graduate or transition into a new career. This is an opportunity to reach future employees, graduate students, and career changers. Students have the opportunity to apply for scholarships, as well as request further information from advertisers, by submitting an online form. A bi-monthly report is generated from these entries and advertisers receive a “hot leads”, permission-based marketing list sent directly to them.
Next Indiana showcases Indiana businesses, learning/training institutions and financial planning organizations with a direct connection to students statewide. Next reaches all 736 public and private high schools across Indiana through distribution to the guidance departments—reaching nearly 200,000 high school juniors and seniors. The publication is available online at www.indnext.com and in print in the schools in August.
This one-of-a-kind resource guide and its supporting website, www.gradind.com, are the only comprehensive sources of statewide information specifically designed for undergraduate college juniors and seniors in Indiana to connect with higher education institutions and employers. This is an opportunity to reach nearly 70,000 college juniors and seniors with your message. Grad publishes in October.
Career Ready is designed to provide help, support and resources for non-traditional students through information about the following: colleges and universities, vocational education, financial aid, job search, company hiring and career info, and non-traditional student groups. With the Career Ready companion website, www.careerreadyindiana.com, this is an opportunity for a yearlong connection with these potential students. Seventy-three percent of today’s undergraduates can be considered non-traditional, therefore comprising the vast majority of undergraduate students in the United States. Indiana has an estimated 800,000 potential adult non-traditional students. This is an advertiser’s opportunity to connect with this huge target audience. Career Ready Indiana is a partnership with the Indiana Commission for Higher Education and Indiana Department of Workforce Development. With a distribution of 35,000, Career Ready publishes in October.
